Mark all forums read

What calls the mark all forums read function on the main page? I've modified it off my board and I want it back. I can't seem to find it in the original templates. Thanks in advance.

Its in these two templates by default:

forumhome_logincode
forumhome_logoutcode

Honestly, you can stick it anywhere, heres the code:
