How can I make this my board bit?

I am having a hell of a time to make this my board bit:

Search around, there are tons of popular mods on how to use images in the forumbits.

What problems are you having?

If I add it it works fine for the very top. But when you get to the gray bar it leaves an extra column in there for some reason. I did remove the moderator column. Then I'm not sure what to change to get the bottom part.

Sure but I will have to redo it as I reverted back to the version that worked. I might not get a chance today as it's christmas and I'm leaving soon but I will by tomorrow.

Ok here is my problem, which template do I edit to get images at the bottom of the cateogries?
