[release] Thread Top Images

I made this small edit based off of afterlab's(FFRepublic.com) forum script, whenever you go into a forum, you see at the top right an image representing that forum. But the image must be the same number as the forum, like if forumid is equal to 18, then your image must be called 18. I will provide support as long as anybody needs it.

Basically it add image links to forums using $forumid in the image name.
So if want forumid6 image to you, then the file must be called 6.gif

I need to have a word with you. This is my Modification I created at FFNation, you obviously stole my coding and said you made it. Since you are a Admin is wasn't hard.

You could have at least asked me before you nicked my coding, Shift. I am very disapointed...
