Default Trend*****

I Dunno about you guys on the board but I personally think that this board has alot of Trend***** to it. Example 1: The metallic look(rivet like)is found on nearly to every vbulletin forum there is.

Yes it does look nice, but after having to look at it on more than 10 forums, it does become boring and the actual 'gab' of the dots are gone.

All I am saying is that we should have a True Unique Interface where we can say that "Yes, this truely is unique to vBT".

Do you not think so?

I think vBT should have its main pages' templates completely modified, people shouldn't be able to recognise it as a vB

There are six or so style sets here, many of which have been donated. I believe that SD made the default set himself and that's the one I use, personally.

Some of the others are normal Ravio skins that you can just buy, and since everybody buys (or pirates ) them it makes them look like trend wh***s.

Agreed .. Piracy, what a shame really .

but when ravio is making the people who buy the style, he/she should make them look different, i've some of his custom styles, and honestly, they look exactly the same :|

Piracy is indeed a bad thing. Back when i frist got into forum hacking i used a warez verson of ubb 5, i dident know it i was doing anything wrong until i started posting at scriptkeeper. At that time i removed my copy and paid in full for ubb. Back then it was easy to get away with using warez software on the net as most people did not code call home fetures into their software. Now a days you are going to get found out, people sould just buy the software insted of trying to get it for free.

...

The skin is fine, and it hardly has any 'metallic' look to it. Expect maybe for the category images but thats it. Everything else is either tables or the snow background which I personally like.

As for piracy, what my fellow mods said goes for me too.

It was made a long time ago, so considering the date you joined here people might have copied him instead.
