hey ppl at vbT
i have a question about selling styles and buttons me and a couple of my friends want to start a site and make styles/buttons/smiles etc..like vbforumskins ..and i was wondering do we need a licence to do this? or like how does it work cause we don't want to cause any bullshit

Well, of course you need a license if you are going to use a support forum or a vB of any sort. That would just show a warez user caught red handed.

well i know i need a license for the board..i'm talkin about a a license to sell styles and buttons..and how did you know i am into warez :P

i must admit, when i first read that first post, my thought was "id this guy loony?"

glad to see i was mistaken,

and far as i know, no u dont need any special license to sell vB skins, long as all the images and stuff is your own, meaning, dont try selling one thats full of those default buttons and graphics

yea exactly, u arent official til the person that owns vbulletin says u are, think his name is john percell,

but there are a few good sites that sell vbulletin and other bb skins on the net
