Yesterday, I rid some stuff in phpincluder template but now I can't login to my admin panel.

phpinclude can't easily break the admin CP unless you actually unlink()'ed the entire admin CP.

That's a 403 error. Make sure you don't have a bad .htaccess file in /admin/.
