Does this still class as a Rip? I personally think it does, the creator seems to think otherwise, so.. Yourselves what do you think?

The images are a rip, the actual layout isn't really (looks bad though).

I don't think SD wants URLs posted publicly so I'll contact him myself on this.

Basically the header image was also the shape of the vBulletin default title only redone horribly, the background picture was pirated from here as were the on/off images, and the page although not powered by any forum engine looked vaguely like forumhome here.
