What do i need to change the forum look to a xmas theme, What software is recommended, i want to make the boards with snow on them and is it posible to install a background picture with snowflakes falling

Any pointer would be greatful, like software links etc

well...you need to know HTML...or at least basic HTML.

Try changing some of the forumhome templates to get an xmas look (i.e - add images and such)

As for colors - you do that in the Admin CP under styles...modify the colors there
