Well i looked around and didnt really see a template mod Like this so i thought i'd release it

In this mod it will teach you how to change the "Curser"(arrow is the default) Of your forum

actually it does, as you can see theres a template called headinclude doing threw the style is easier for me.

The Head Insert: is the headinclude template, so yes it is a template modification.
