Would someone be willing to make me a layout for my main site? I am having trouble making a good one

I can't pay but I would be willing to make you a moderator or something at my forums.

BTW, it's a games site and my forums are at http://www.gamer-forums.com I would like the site to be the same colours as my forums if possible.

No offence but, being a moderator after doing hard work on your forums doesn't seem worth it to me.

Do you want a whole new template makeover or what? If it's custom you should give a few details of what you are looking for to be changed.
