j/k but the top of the page has a big empty space...is that intended? Looks awkward.

If you mean the blurry thing, then yeah - that's intended.

It's a long story. Basically, after hours of logo design, Photoshop's infamous motion blur solved all of my problems

Nice, I like the graphics. Specifically the header.

I think you need borders, it would make it look more organised. And maybe a few more mods to the main page.

Well, I just think it would seperate your forum a bit. Some colors suit no borders and some don't.
