Umm the time does not work on my forum it jsut says like the time is : AM and it does not show up..any help???? ohh and umm in the admin cp when i edit something and save it it takes 4 letters off of what i edited its really annoying

This is a bug with PHP 4.2.3 when it's compiled with the mbstring extension. Ask your host to recompile it without mbstring:
