Nice start.

Some of the fonts are too big though, and the top table doesn't align right and you should add a br after your forum image so the buttons go onto the next line. I think that would look better.

heh i started with the normal vbulletin teplate and worked from there... thats some hard work

Yes it is but it is fun. I personally enjoy styling VB.
