I have already modified the board a lot but still a few things need to be done like a new banner and new buttons in the postbit. So i want your guys opinions am i heading in the right direction what else needs work stuff like that.

Not bad... I personally don't like dark backgrounds but other than that a job well done so far. Yes like you said a new header would be nice with a new button set.

Colors don't look that good. The tables are too light for that background.

Otherwise it's okay, but default-looking.
