I know it is not just involved in template modification but anyway really desperate to know. How can we have such a fantastic portal like one here? , where the welcome panel is on the left side, Statistics in the middle, News in the middle and such... And how can we add other section (not usercp, calendar ... or so, like Database section here?)

Has anyone released a mod/hacks for this?

I am sorry if asking in the wrong forum but I am just so in love with the portal here.

i'm pretty sure they just did alot of remoddling with the info they already had in the vb...

just extending upon this. i belive Chen (firefly) sells it for $30 (correct me if im wrong) you can contact him via vBulletin.org
