Description: This will take the thread options at the bottom of a thread, and arrange it nicely into a Thread Control Table. It also includes links the admin/mod Control panel.
Notes: The colours are slightly off, so you may need to do some quick colour tweaking to make it match your forums.

I would work on the cellspacing and cellpadding above all, it is very crowded.

Make your cellpadding atleast two. I usually go with two or four. Perhaps align to the center on the second column. Add Bold to the "- Thread Control" and then it would look alot better.

I think there are too many tables inside. Make it a little more neat IMO.
