Okay, on the right side of Webhostingtalk.com on the forum homepage, there is a panel. I was wondering what hack that is. I know Mashby released something like that but it's not quite what I have in mind.

That can be done, but the Authority List at the bottom is most likely the vB.org hack. So that can't be added since it uses file editing.
