Need Help

Ok, So far all the mods I have done worked out so far. However, this one gave me a curve ball.

If you visit http://www.absolutc.com/forums

You can see what is going on

I need to get rid of the bottom part and move the new private messaging and user nfo to the bottom.

Any insight appreciated.
