no permission templates - logged in/out

Hi, im having problems with the no permission error pages, they seem to end the $header content somewhere in the page, but inside the no permission logged in/out templates there is very little html coding.

I just wondered if i am missing a main template where i can correct this.

Check your "error_nopermission_loggedin" and "error_nopermission_loggedout" templates. They can be found under the "Error Message Templates" section of your templates.
