this isn't alot of help needed but i do need to know or would like to know how i change the forum rules as on the right hand side of the FORUM rules box as shown in example in the attached image, my problem is i dont know where to change it so i can turn them on or off? if someone can show me where i can that would be great

Change the posting Allowences??

Go to your Admin Control Panel->vBulletin Options->Posting Allowences

nah dude i done that it just stays as is its really annoying me, when i change that it doesn't changed the allowences at all!

That's weird, if it doesnt change

I suggest paying a visit to vbulletin.com and asking for help there-Could be a coding problem

You need to edit the rules on a per forum basis I do believe, which you can do by editing the forum and scrolling to the bottom.

I have fix the problem as there was a problem with the code but i fixed it thanks for ur help thought
