Nice job. Colors are easy on the eyes. Index looks good. I like the button set up in the header. Now you should get custom postbit. They can do wonders.

There is no "hack" section on vBT. Only template modifcations. Please send all hacks and hack requests to vBulletin.org

Overall, it is not bad, but a little plain if you ask me. I would try to spruce things up a little more (graphics-wise).
