if i change the width of my forum to make it smaller, ie this fourm, everything is centered, and all bunched up.

How do i change that

and how do i make the input and select "form objects" flat?

Looks like you've missed a cell. If you look closely, it appears that everything is scrunced in one cell and the naviation has it's own cell. Check your tables.

The bottom line is that you have to create the buttons.

i know i have to create the buttons, but what urls do i have to assign the buttons? or do i have to name the buttons a certain file name?

is there a tutorial?

Ahhh, well, you'll have to look at the "header" template. You'll find the URLs there.
