I need someone who will make my vBulletin look better. It still looks pretty default I want to make it more unique. The person who can do this will get a admin spot on my forum its about Anime/Gaming/General stuff if you can do this post here or contact me on AIM at SSJ4Gohan354 and tell me some forums you have done and how well you can do it

I can help you with editting templates and installing hacks...(I can download them self) But I'm not very good in designing..
