Default users awaiting confirmation pm's to staff only
i've disabled them being able to send pm's on my site but thought it would be great if they could send pm's to staff members. not sure if anyone agrees.

This does sound like a good idea for company people, i say yep you got my vote for this Would be a handy extra.

How about the helpdesk hack? What I do is only show the HelpDesk link for specific groups like those awaiting email confirmation. This way they can open a ticket, and you can reply to their ticket until it's resolved. Just an idea.
