it pains me to even ask, but for the life of me, i can't find the option anywhere!

my forums are currently members-only. i want to open them up again. where on earth is this option??

In your usergroup manager, change the permissions for the unregistered/not logged in usergroup to allow them to read the contents.

At least that's what I believe you are asking.
