Default double post protection
on vb3.0.x there were a few hacks that allowed any double posts made within a certain time frame to just auto-append to the previous post.

is there any chance something like that could be done for vb3.5 with the hooks system?

Nothing done yet, but I am sure xenon will do the same for 3.5
