I have searched but haven't been able to find anything.

How do I disable viewing anything in the [ code ], [ php], or [ html ] tags unless they are a member of a certain user group? I want it to work the same way vbulletin does. Also if you could just point in the right direction as far as which page I do not think this would be hard to create.
