The spell checking in VB3.50b2 only works for IE, and is quite the anticlimax. You have to download some freeware software that plugs into IE (and IE only) and when you press the button on the WYSIWYG editor, it activates the program.
Much better spell checking capabilities are needed I think. |

I agree with JimpsEd.
Not that I don't like IE. But my browser of choice is now Firefox, and I think that IE may become a fad in its own time. Kier DID say that support for other browsers will become available as the tools become available. What I am thinking is, Isn't there a server side Spell Checker that can be implemented using AJAX?? |

I hope there is an option to disable the spellchecker - I really don't see the need for it - Anyone who can't spell well enough to be able to be understood will simply get banned from my site

an option to turn spell checker off is a must since there's not only English.
for the new editor it's really cool, especially when you edit a post using ajax. I couldn't believe a WYSIWYG could be there. there's some javascript error with it tho. |

For me, using IE, it is still pretty buggy.
