I have to add a page for logged and registered users only

Hi guys,
I have to write an application (= php page) that only logged (and registered) users can use.
Do u know how can i track if an user is logged into the forum? What is the session variable?

I have installed this , to add a page, but know i have no idea how to let only registered and logged users to see it...any suggest?
