I know I've seen this hack here before but I can not find it

I am looking for some images to use with the ranking system

the ones I remember seeing were like the ones attached.

They were for mods, smods, admin, and premium member

but they were blank if I am not mistaken, so we could put whatever we want where the text is below.

Another option would be for someone to have a good alternative.

Any help with finding these would be great.
