Post Icons for Specific Forum

How can I set a post icon group for a specific forum?

There are the default post icons which are used for posting a new thread on all forums, but there is one forum where users can only select a specific group of post icons and not all of them.

I am trying to do this for a feedback system for forums, positive, negative, neutral feedback.

I want the users to only select the three specific post icons for that forum, one of the three icons to specify whether its a positive, negative, or neutral feedback.
