Who is running vB 3.5 on their live site, and if you are, can you post a URL to it so we can see how well you've integrated it with your site (i.e. design, news modules etc)?

It's not difficult to understand.
Basically there are locations all over the files that say "Call Code for Event X here".
You can then write Code for this Event (hook), which will be executed at these locations - that's it.

I would run it live except that there is a high potential for code change when Beta 2 is released.

I got it running on a test site, simply to convert my skins, it's easier to use the default vB 3.5 templates and convert them to your specifications than to turn your current templates into ones which work with 3.5 fully.

Sure am glad they kept the variable $bbuserinfo for templates
