Integrating my site user's

I have a very large member base ... My site use's the IRater Platinum 3.2.1 system ..

I know this can be done b/c their is a site doing it already ..

What i need to do is make vbulletin able to use my member list's , or copy the member list's , or something.

The way the site that ive seen has it , is when they register on vbulliten , they have to register using their irater account or it wont work .. how this is done , i have no clue.

Any help on this issue would be GREATLY appriciated.
