How to view the busiest threads?
Guys, we occasionally get a burst of traffic and we don't know why.
It would help if we knew what threads most people were viewing. Would it be difficult to show the top 10 busiest threads in real time? |

How about using the "who's on line", and see what they're doing. You might even save the HTML to a spreadsheet and sort by location.
I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but getting the real time date as to to the bussiest pages in realtime may require a lot hacking, and it may slow down the server. An alternative would be to use a log analyzer offline, and then see the bussiest page of the day, once the logs have been analyzed. |

Sorry by 'real time' I mean click a link and you see a static page with the threads with the most people viewing.
Who's online is too slow to be of any use our forums. |

Static would be douable. I thinks it would be very useful to have such a tool. I'm busy with another hack right now (vB Survey). If no one jumps in to implement this in a couple of days, feel free to bump the thread, or PM me.
