nope. impex is for importing the information. Joining the forums together can be done. There are a few ways to go about doing it. One is quite simple while the other is more complex and takes a good deal of time to go about doing.

I'm going to look into creating a hack that will join 2 vbulletin databases together. After sitting on the toliet and thinking about it, it won't be that hard for me to make a script.
