Arcade Template Problem

Yes I have two skins on my vbulletin I have the surge skin and the wiredgamers skin

I have installed the arcade on the surge skin and everything works fine the navbar comes up and everything

Now I installed the arcade on the WiredGamers skin and the navbar dont even show up nore does the arcade even come up when i try to goto it manually.

If anyone knows a solution to this problem please help me.
