Latest Threads aren't updating

My latest threads aren't updating, and even with it allowing all forums to show in the latest threads (i think those two problems are linked) it still doesn't show the new threads.

any ideas?

I am running Vbulletin 3.07
I am having the same problem.. I just installed this hack, now my forums all read
All times are GMT -4. The time now is 10:23 AM.

And it should read
All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:23 AM.

I checked both in the admincp and it says GMT -5
and I checked in the UserCP and it also says GMT-5

When i post something it jumps ahead of others posts.. Any clue?
