Calendar events on vb powered page
I'd like to include a similar thing to $upcomingevents, but display more events than what I have specified for the homepage on another vb powered page.
Any ideas? |

anyone, I'm sure this is fairly simple but nobody seems to know how to get it done?

I don't think that has anything to do with calendar events.

1. Copy the Today's Events section from index.php
2. Replace $vboptions['showevents'] with the # of days you want to have 3. Make sure you have eventchache in $specialtemplates and forumhome_event in $globaltemplates Then you should have the same output as on Forumhome in $upcomingevents. |

OK, I did this and nothing. I am trying to put the event calender on one particular forum so I added "Today's Events" to forumdisplay.php. Any particular place I should put it in the file?
Thanks |

I checked out Logican's template hack and it seems to be much more than what I need. Any thoughts on how to edit forumdisplay.php to get $upcomingevents to work?
http://www.metroatlantabikers.com/fo...splay.php?f=22 Thanks! PS - I like what you did with your web site! What hack did you use for the sub-forums on the forum home page? |
