I think the forum front page layout is 'arrrgghhhh' -- it's confusing and cluttered.

add a different background ... give it some padding ... increase the font (on sub-sections)

I just created a site map addon ... I believe you need one.

oh yea, add some life to the front page content ... add some images

When I posted the site here I forgot that, what non member see is different than members. I agree with you and we are trying to fix or add items.

oh wow, I so hate your forum catagory setup. I clicked on a few just to see what was going on cause im curious like that and they didnt have any posts.

I like how you have everything grouped to avoid your board being cluttered but its way too white....Its almost blinding. I would go for some earth tones......
