I need to pick a decent banner ad hack for a new site.

I would like it if the system could accept online payments via Paypal and allow people to submit their banners for approval.

Please let me know if you have any recommendations for which script to use.

Anyone have a suggestion? Or at least a recommendation for ANY banner that intgrates well with VBB?

I'm not sure about the payment, but one great ad systems is phpadsnew, it is also free. It is also easy to display the banners everywhere using this system. I think the only thing that it misses though is the payment option, which I'm not too sure about,
