That would require a significant modification, and I question the wisdom of adding records to some table for each link that appears on your forum; such a table would grow almost as fast as your posts table... also, you'd have to use a redirect link for each link, and some users like to know for sure where they are going before hand (if you use a redirector and the user used a [url=a]b[./url] style bbcode, the other users would have no way of knowing where they would end up).
