Once upon a time there was a mod.hack which would only allow a new user to be able to post a link/url after 5 posts

does anyone know where to find this mod, please?

Is it not possible for a Mod to move this thread to the Mod Requests if possible, please?

Take a look at this hack:

You could then create a usergroup that is allowed to use [url], set your normal registered usergroup not to be able to use [url] and then create a promotion to move users from "registered" to "URL Allowed" after 5 posts
