Not really much to choose between them IMO. Neither seems to be supported anymore, and [legal] games seem to be in short supply.

v3Arcade is the way to go if you need legal games here are some and for a good arcade tips/support site, other then vb.org, try v3arcadegames

It may have been made for 3.0.3, but it continues to work fine on newer versions of vBulletin.
