Realchat mod - who's online and MODS

Did multiple searches here and on Google. Doesn't seem to be any place that has this documented but I have noticed it on other vBulletin forums. Does anyone here know how to pull in MOD status to realchat with my users? And I'm also looking for a way to display who's online on my FORUMHOME template.
