Addon Requiring Cash Payment, is there?

Is there a Addon for this modification that REQUIRES cash payment for things? For example If i put up a thing to buy, like a actual item, is there a way to require people to purchase it? Im not familiar with this hack yet, and I couldn't find this answer anywhere.
