Only show welcome message on frontpage

I would like to only show the welcome message on the frontpage for unregistrered viewers - "Velkommen til Forum.Chat.no" at http://forum.chat.no

How can i remove the forum completely for only unregistered users? Or somehow make my own frontpage for unregistered users?
