All I see is white, but others see me in there?

Hi guys,
I’m having a problem when going into the live-chat. When I click on it, it beings to open but it stays as a white screen and takes ages to load. And then it just says “The page cannot be found.”
But other people who have got in there said that they’ve seen me and my username is listed on the “Users in chat” thingo on the forum.

Any ideas on what’s wrong? Do I need to download anything?
