I'm just curious how complex it would be to write something that would restrict specific users from accessing the forums between certain times.

Obviously it would take a Cron script to check the times at the start and finish times...

but would it take anything to really accomplish it?

Or an if/else that checked server time...

Good idea. Might be good to limit new members to posting during the day hours when mods can read their posts...

More to the point...I've had a few users with 'down' productivity because they are having a few issues restraining their forum reading during work

but that would be an excellent idea as well, especially since we don't have round-the-clock coverage.
