I want to include certain side blocks on my non-vb page

I have a site with many static html pages and a vb forums set up. I'd like to include certain "blocks" or "modules" like the last 10 posts module into my static pages.

Is there an easy way for me to do this? Other than using VBCMPS, my pages are very custom and I only want to use 1 or 2 blocks per page.
