A bug was discovered, which entered incorrectly the removal date, when warnings were maturing. Actually, the bug changed all removal dates, of all matured warnings to the current date. This also might have affected the sending of PMs to your users, where the maturing PM was send again and again.

Version 3.4.1 has a new cron script which corrects this error, so please download the new zip and upload the files to your web server.

Unfortunatelly your warnings table will probably have wrong removal dates in it. So I've included a small script in the zip file which will fix those dates.
